BRIEF
We brought a taste of Australia to Piccadilly Lights with a bold anamorphic 3D illusion.
The ice cream needed to burst out of the screen, showcasing all of it's flavour with a liquid swoosh made of chocolate, caramel, salt, and nuts. Their adorable koala mascot finishes it off and brings an Australian touch to match the surroundings.
WHAT WE DID
We collaborated closely with the client and screen partners to craft an animation designed to captivate audiences and feel at home on this iconic screen.
Once the creative direction was locked in and focused on maximising the impact of the new flavour, we brought the concept to life in CGI. Every key ingredient in the flavour profile was carefully showcased, using the full depth, scale, and illusionary potential of the screen to create a truly standout moment.
RESULT
The client was over the moon—and so were we!
With over a million people passing that screen daily and the advert being live for 14 days, that's a lot of eyeballs on our work!!
Launch day was surreal. We spent nine hours watching crowds stop and stare in awe - unforgettable.
